On My Way

I was born in 1940. There were no playstations. We played outside after until dark.We stepped on bees and sprinklers as we ran in our bare feet playing red rover. We played hide and seek in the twilight. When our parents called, we came running. We walked to the movies on Saturdays. It was good, but now there is so much more technology. Who can complain. I am so glad to have seen both times. Both are good. I am still on my way and ready for the next great adventure life is sure to bring.
